About the role

Join Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction in Pigeon Forge, TN for a fast-paced, fun-filled role serving our legendary four-course feast. We offer full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist arena servers with setup to create an unforgettable dinner service experience.
• Facilitate smooth operations by communicating between the kitchen and arena teams.
• Deliver food and beverages with speed, accuracy, and Southern hospitality.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation procedures are always followed.
• Monitor food equipment to maintain safe temperatures and proper functionality.
• Assist guests with food allergy questions and ensure safe serving practices.
• Clean tables and sections after the show wraps up.
• Remove dishes and transport items back to the kitchen area.
• Beverage Attendants may cross-train in serving duties for added variety.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain a valid Tennessee ABC permit.
• High school diploma/GED preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Team players with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a lively, fast-moving environment.

Physical Requirements

• Continuous walking, including stairs.
• Frequent bending, twisting, balancing, and lifting.
• Carrying trays of food, beverages, and dishes.
• Pushing and pulling racks throughout the shift.
