We're seeking energetic, friendly individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making guests smile while serving our legendary four-course feast. Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions are available. No experience? No problem—we provide on-the-job training!

Responsibilities

• Assist arena servers with setup to create an unforgettable dinner service experience.
• Ensure smooth operations by communicating between the kitchen and arena teams.
• Deliver food and beverages with speed, accuracy, and Southern hospitality.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Monitor food equipment to ensure proper function and safe temperatures.
• Assist guests with food allergy questions and ensure safe serving practices.
• Clean tables and sections after the show wraps up.
• Remove dishes and transport items back to the kitchen area.
• Beverage Attendants may cross-train in serving duties for added variety.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain a valid Tennessee ABC permit.
• High school diploma/GED preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Team players with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a lively, fast-moving environment.

Physical Requirements

• Continuous walking, including stairs.
• Frequent bending, twisting, balancing, and lifting.
• Carrying trays of food, beverages, and dishes.
• Pushing and pulling racks throughout the shift.
