About the Role

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Dishwashers to join our BERMGM Lounge team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. With a high quality of cleanliness and sanitation, you will ensure the health and safety of guests through exceptional standards in the kitchen and food and beverage serving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items using hands or a dishwasher, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards.
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Maintain a clean work area, including equipment, floors, walls, and organized kitchen wares storage.
• Remove trash from the dish room, transport it to the dumpster, and clean and sanitize garbage cans.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Capacity to work cooperatively with others.
• No prior experience required.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs, placing items above and below head height.
• Standing, walking, and bending for the duration of the shift.
• Occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms.
• Exposed to variable temperatures.
