BEST Peer Mentor

About the role

We are seeking peer mentors for the BEST program. This program works with students with disabilities who need tutoring and/or 1:1 assistance on academic, social, and other skills.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with students in the BEST program on academic work, planning, organizing, and/or social skills.
• May have opportunities for afternoon/evening activities.

Requirements

• Must be a current Lipscomb student (undergraduate or graduate).
• Must have 4-8 hours a week free.
• May be eligible for Federal Work Study.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with students with disabilities is preferred.
