Responsibilities
- Day-to-day field supervision of BESS and substation construction activities
- Ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, permits, and schedule commitments
- Direct oversight of contractor field operations from a QA/QC standpoint
- Coverage of daily construction activities across multiple disciplines
- Identification and resolution of field issues
- Support for successful project commissioning and turnover
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or supervisory roles
- Experience with battery energy storage systems and substation construction
- Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
