BESS Site Manager

About the role

Represent the Owner with end-to-end oversight of design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, driving performance, coordination, and accountability across all project phases.
• Oversee site construction for BESS, data center systems, and interconnection infrastructure, including progress tracking and critical path management.
• Enforce safety, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance through site inspections, audits, and proactive issue resolution.
• Lead reporting, risk mitigation, and resolution of field issues, change orders, and technical challenges while protecting Owner interests.

Requirements

• Extensive Knowledge of Electrical Construction & MV Components
• Strong electrical background and at least 7 years of experience working on medium voltage components
• 2-3 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor on Battery Storage projects
• Interconnection and Commissioning experience

• 2-3 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor on Battery Storage projects
• Interconnection and Commissioning experience

Skills
