About the Role
The mission of the Salesperson is to maximize vehicle sales while maintaining the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Show a professional and positive approach towards customers, co-workers, and the public at large.
- Work self-disciplined without constant supervision.
- Cheerfully perform or ensure performance of all activities necessary to improve and maintain the highest possible Dealership Customer Satisfaction level.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge; participate in any and all product training available.
- Set goals for each month's productivity; plan and organize how to reach those goals.
- Be proactive by seeking new customers through prospecting and referrals.
Requirements
- A professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- A valid in-state driver's license with an acceptable driving record according to dealership guidelines.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
- Well organized and self-motivated.
