Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement plans, wellness programs, and leave policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and vendors regarding benefits questions, enrollments, and issue resolution.
  • Assemble and maintain accurate records of all benefit plan participants.
  • Manage leave administration, including FMLA, ADA, and other applicable leave policies.
  • Support annual compensation and bonus cycles, including data preparation, calculations, and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws related to compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with People, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure seamless execution of rewards programs.
  • Aid in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of total rewards programs to support company goals.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor total rewards metrics and provide insights to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CEBS, CCP) a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration and compensation analysis, preferably in a mid-sized and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, compensation practices, and benefits regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex topics clearly to employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay

$125k base-$175k base + 15% bonus (depends on location/level/relevant experience)

Schedule

In person position. Flexibility for 1-day WFH per week after training.
