Responsibilities
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
