About the role

Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive support and problem resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Support team members with training and process improvements
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or support roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
