About the Role
This position provides benefits support for the Hospital and Specialty Medical Group, serving as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries. Responsibilities include coordinating and administering all benefit programs, such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and education reimbursement.
The role involves daily interaction with Human Resources staff, employees, providers, vendors, outside agencies, and regulatory representatives. The position is hybrid, requiring some on-site days each week.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries.
- Coordinate and administer all benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and education reimbursement.
- Interact with staff, vendors, outside agencies, and regulatory representatives.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with employees at all organizational levels.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. (required).
- College Degree (4-year, preferred).
- Minimum two (2) years of related experience (required).
Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Pay
Compensation range: $30.82 - $44.80 per hour.
Schedule
- Full-time position (100% FTE).
- Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
- Daily hours: 8.
- Workshift: Day (United States of America).
- Hybrid schedule with some on-site days required each week.
