About the role

It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Responsibilities

  • Transform the complicated world of health insurance into clear concepts that lead to an effective renewal experience for Rippling clients
  • Cook up both externally with carriers and internally with operations and implementation teams
  • Fully own mid-year plan changes and client consultations from quoting to installation
  • Strategically identify opportunities for Rippling clients to add additional lines of coverage at their renewal
  • Aid PEO clients with their annual insurance renewal

Requirements

  • Two or more years in a consultative account management role
  • Well versed in the group health insurance space
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, in both verbal and written form
  • Collaborative spirit with a track record of success
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high velocity, fast paced environment
  • An active Life, Accident & Health license
