Responsibilities

  • Transform the complicated world of health insurance into clear concepts that lead to an effective renewal experience for Rippling clients
  • Collapse mid-year plan changes and client consultations from quoting to installation
  • Strategically identify opportunities for Rippling clients to add additional lines of coverage at their renewal
  • Aid PEO clients with their annual insurance renewal

Requirements

  • Two or more years in a consultative account management role
  • Well versed in the group health insurance space
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, in both verbal and written form
  • Collaborative spirit with a track record of success
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high velocity, fast paced environment
  • An active Life, Accident & Health license

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience managing a book of business
  • Is familiar with the health insurance industry
  • Can communicate effectively with clients
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Has a valid Life, Accident & Health license

Pay

The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.

  • Tier 1: 100,000 - 110,000 USD per year
  • Tier 2: 90,000 - 100,000 USD per year
  • Tier 3: 85,000 - 95,000 USD per year
