Benefits Renewal Advisor
Responsibilities
- Transform the complicated world of health insurance into clear concepts that lead to an effective renewal experience for Rippling clients
- Collapse mid-year plan changes and client consultations from quoting to installation
- Strategically identify opportunities for Rippling clients to add additional lines of coverage at their renewal
- Aid PEO clients with their annual insurance renewal
Requirements
- Two or more years in a consultative account management role
- Well versed in the group health insurance space
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, in both verbal and written form
- Collaborative spirit with a track record of success
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high velocity, fast paced environment
- An active Life, Accident & Health license
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing a book of business
- Is familiar with the health insurance industry
- Can communicate effectively with clients
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Has a valid Life, Accident & Health license

Pay
The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.
- Tier 1: 100,000 - 110,000 USD per year
- Tier 2: 90,000 - 100,000 USD per year
- Tier 3: 85,000 - 95,000 USD per year
