We need to produce sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We have content for About the role (mission, values, description). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (background check, authorization, ethics, etc). Qualifications (Education, Experience). Skills (critical thinking, financial savvy, collaboration, strong communication, people leader, process improvement, project management, etc). Benefits (list of total rewards). Pay: Not mentioned explicitly. No salary info. So we should NOT create Pay section. Schedule: The posting mentions onsite work essential, required to be onsite according to schedule set by management. Also mentions flexible work environment? It says "flexible work environment" under benefits. But schedule specifics not given. We could include Schedule section if there is specific content: "Onsite work is an essential function of this position, and you are required to be onsite according to the schedule set by your management." That's specific enough? It's not a detailed schedule but it's a statement about schedule requirement. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state something about schedule (onsite work essential, required to be onsite according to schedule set by management). So we can include Schedule section with that statement. However we must avoid filler like "varies" etc. This is okay.
Benefits: we have list.
Pay: no mention, so omit.
Now we need to format.
Use for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include mission statement, values, etc.
Let's craft sections:
About the role: prose summarizing mission, values, description, location, onsite requirement? Actually onsite requirement could go to Schedule. But we can include location and mission.
Responsibilities: list the six bullet points.
Requirements: include background check, fingerprinting, authorization, ethics rules, etc. Also maybe note that this is not exhaustive list? That's boilerplate? Might be considered generic; but it's substantive about job description flexibility. Might keep as prose.
Qualifications: Education and Experience.
Skills: list of skills: critical thinking, financial savvy, collaboration, strong communication, experienced people leader, background in guiding operational teams through change, ability to drive process improvement, manage projects effectively, establish procedural rigor through strong team leadership, manage team across Federal Reserve System, research best practices, benchmark programs, evaluate trends, recommend and continuously evaluate benefits program.
Benefits: list the total rewards.
Schedule: statement about onsite work essential, required to be onsite according to schedule set by management.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, privacy notice, application instructions, etc.
Now produce HTML.
Check for any duplicated lines: we should avoid repeating.
Let's draft.
not needed; just headings and content.
We'll output:
