What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure pay accuracy.
- Administer employee benefits and provide team member support.
- Ensure compliance with payroll and employment regulations.
- Aid with onboarding, payroll setup, and employee records.
- Prepare reports and assist with labor tracking, audits, and payroll reconciliation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field, preferred.
- Training/education in record keeping, bookkeeping/accounting, payroll, and general administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer systems.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
