About the role
Join a dynamic manufacturing organization as a Benefits & Leave Management Specialist and play a vital role in ensuring that our benefits, compensation, and leave programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with HR, payroll, finance, and operational teams across multiple locations
- Manage benefits programs, leaves of absence, and compensation structures
- Interpret complex data and provide solutions to problems
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations such as FMLA, ADA, FLSA, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, etc.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in benefits, compensation, and/or leave administration, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-site environment
- Strong knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in manufacturing or multi-site settings, required
- Prior experience with HRIS platforms is preferred
