About the role

Join a dynamic manufacturing organization as a Benefits & Leave Management Specialist and play a vital role in ensuring that our benefits, compensation, and leave programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with HR, payroll, finance, and operational teams across multiple locations
  • Manage benefits programs, leaves of absence, and compensation structures
  • Interpret complex data and provide solutions to problems
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations such as FMLA, ADA, FLSA, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, etc.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in benefits, compensation, and/or leave administration, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-site environment
  • Strong knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in manufacturing or multi-site settings, required
  • Prior experience with HRIS platforms is preferred
