About the role
We are seeking detail-oriented and compassionate Benefits & Eligibility Specialists to assist individuals in accessing important public assistance programs.
Responsibilities
- Interview applicants
- Review benefit applications
- Verify documentation
- Determine eligibility based on established guidelines
- Communicate with applicants by phone and in person
- Explain program requirements
- Answer questions
- Resolve issues
- Ensure all information is accurate and complete
- Work with employers, healthcare providers, and government agencies when additional information is needed
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Sound judgment
- The ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service, case management, claims processing, social services, healthcare, banking, insurance, or administrative support is highly valued

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Candidates must be available to start on July 27, 2026 and attend the full 7-week onsite training program.
