Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Administers the Company's employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, prescription, life insurance, disability, retirement, and other benefit offerings.
- Captures and reviews market data, industry trends, and benchmarking information to assist in the competitiveness of employee benefit programs.
- Maintains accurate benefit records within the HRIS and ensures timely processing of employee benefit transactions.
- Processes benefit invoices, reconciles billing discrepancies, and works with vendors to resolve issues.
- Prepares employee communication materials, benefit guides, and enrollment information for distribution.
- Maintains confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
- Provides administrative support to the Human Resources department, including assisting with HR projects, reporting, personnel records, and other HR initiatives as assigned.
- Supports the Payroll department by assisting with benefit deductions, payroll-related benefit changes, audits, reconciliations, and serving as backup for designated payroll functions as needed.
- Assists with HR and payroll audits by gathering and organizing requested documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration software.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly those related to employee benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and report generation.
