A Day in the Life
- Supporting producers with all aspects of open enrollment activities
- Collaborating with account managers and the graphic design team to create annual employee-facing benefit guides pertinent to open enrollment
- Delivering both virtual and in-person open enrollment presentations to clients, providing comprehensive education on the effective utilization of benefit plans
Who You Are
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Active and current Florida 2-15 insurance license or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort in presenting to large audiences both in-person and virtually
- Ability and willingness to travel as necessary
Additional Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- College degree desirable; or equivalent combination of education and experience
