Responsibilities
- Serves as a PBX or Centrex attendant.
- Trains PBX or Centrex attendants.
- Serves as shift supervisor; prepares work schedules for other attendants.
- Operates radio or teletype equipment.
- Receives and transmits routine and emergency radio, telephone and teletype traffic.
- Dispatches law enforcement, public safety or other personnel and equipment in response to service requirements.
