Responsibilities

  • Assists with the administration of benefit plans and programs.
  • Aids in the administration, analysis, benchmarking, training, implementation, and communication of related benefit plans and programs.
  • Researches, analyzes, evaluates, and administers corporate benefit plans and programs to meet the organization's strategy.
  • Analyzes current benefits trends to estimate impact on organization and tracks applicable benefits legislation.
  • Provides reports to management regarding employee benefits data findings.
  • May lead and direct the work of lower-level benefits analysts.
  • May provide recommendations of benefit programs to management.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 5-7 years of direct Human Resources experience specializing in employee benefits.
