About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Associate focusing on Private Equity and M&A. You will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and generating leads for potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities in the private equity and M&A sectors
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Generating leads through networking events, industry associations, and online platforms
- Preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience in the private equity and M&A industries is a plus
- Knowledge of financial analysis and investment strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
