About the role
The Benefits Analyst is responsible for managing and administering various employee benefits programs. They ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and provide support to employees regarding their benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer health, dental, vision, retirement, and other employee benefit plans.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to employee benefits.
- Collaborate with HR team members to improve and enhance employee benefits offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits administration.
- Knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other relevant employment laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with HRIS systems and software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
