About the role
The Benefits Analyst is responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs. This includes coordinating with vendors, processing claims, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding employee benefits.
- Provide support to employees regarding their benefits options and answer inquiries.
- Prepare reports and maintain records related to benefits administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of various types of employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management.
- Experience with HRIS systems and software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits.

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
