Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and leave programs
  • Manage a high-volume benefits inbox, interpreting requests and providing clear, timely responses
  • Administer leave of absence programs (20–25 active cases at any given time), ensuring compliance with multi-state leave laws
  • Support employees through leave, accommodations, and benefits processes with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with managers, including participation in roundtable discussions to provide guidance and support
  • Pull and review reports to support benefits administration and decision-making

Qualifications

  • Experience administering employee benefits and leave programs, including FMLA and related leave types
  • Strong understanding of accommodations and compliance requirements
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to manage high-volume workflows
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable working directly with employees and leadership
  • Experience supporting a mid-size to large employee population preferred

  • Microsoft Office Suite

Additional Preferences

  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar, high-volume environment
