Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and leave programs
- Manage a high-volume benefits inbox, interpreting requests and providing clear, timely responses
- Administer leave of absence programs (20–25 active cases at any given time), ensuring compliance with multi-state leave laws
- Support employees through leave, accommodations, and benefits processes with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
- Collaborate with managers, including participation in roundtable discussions to provide guidance and support
- Pull and review reports to support benefits administration and decision-making
Qualifications
- Experience administering employee benefits and leave programs, including FMLA and related leave types
- Strong understanding of accommodations and compliance requirements
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to manage high-volume workflows
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with employees and leadership
- Experience supporting a mid-size to large employee population preferred
