Benefits Administration Project Manager
The Role
The Verification Services team is responsible for all aspects of ongoing Dependent and Event Verification, as well as conducting and managing Dependent Audits. As a Project Manager on the Verification Services team, you will play a key role in delivering client solutions, managing project plans and commitments, driving process improvements, and supporting the growth and development of team members.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Project and Word
- Has basic understanding of regulations that apply to benefits administration
- Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, with the flexibility and accountability to deliver multiple projects with quality and excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and client service orientation
- Ability to work both independently and on client teams, including virtual work teams with members in different geographic regions
- Demonstrates flexibility, accountability, and ability to deliver multiple projects with quality and excellence
- Ability to work extended hours as needed
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
