Benefit Verification Specialist

Responsibilities

Help patients access the medications they need by verifying insurance benefits, conducting benefit investigations, handling patient inquiries, and coordinating with insurance plans and specialty pharmacies.

Requirements

• Benefits Verification, HUB, Patient Services, or Healthcare Customer Service experience
• High-volume call center experience
• Experience speaking with insurance plans and specialty pharmacies
• Knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefits
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Reliable internet and secure home workspace

Qualifications

Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.85/hr.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday training: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST. After training, shift options are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
