This role is for a people-first leader who knows how to run a strong operation and create a culture people love showing up for. As a Store Manager, you'll own the day-to-day success of the shop—leading your team, delivering standout guest experiences, and keeping the business healthy, fun, and values-driven (with ice cream always close by).

Requirements

• 2+ years of management or general management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
• Operational confidence and a team-focused mindset
• Genuine care for your team and guests, high standards, and a love for great ice cream
