About the role
The Retail Logistics Manager (RLM) is responsible for delivering operational excellence across the U.S. retail logistics network. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading key distributor and logistics partnerships
- Driving continuous improvement in logistics processes, systems, and performance data
- Analyzing supply chain performance and emerging risks to support business decisions
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and support strategic priorities
- Providing strategic supply chain support to EU Ops/SC teams
- Managing supply chain planning, service levels, budgets, issue resolution, and vendor performance
- Serving as the retail logistics subject matter expert
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead key distributor and logistics partnerships
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating logistics processes, systems, and performance data
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and support strategic priorities
- Manage supply chain planning, service levels, budgets, issue resolution, and vendor performance
- Ensure supply chain systems and processes support U.S. growth goals and plans
- Provide strategic supply chain support to EU Ops/SC teams
- Support the Global Head of Scooping in key business initiatives
- Effectively integrate the retail supply chain with the broader TMICC and Ben & Jerry’s supply chain organizations
Requirements
Requirements include:
- Minimum of 5 years of supply chain, business partnering, or project management experience in retail or a similar field
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, retail management, or related field
- Understanding of the retail industry, including franchise operations or related supply chain operations
- Effective leadership and management of complex and cross-functional relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic plans into implementation plans that align with business objectives
- Experience working in a global environment and understanding cultural differences and their impact on business operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems

Pay
The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000.
Schedule
The role requires up to 20% travel and up to 10% non-traditional work hours.
