Belvidere OR Team Lead (RN)

Work Schedule

100% FTE, 7:00am-7:30pm. You will work at the UW Health Belvidere Hospital 1625 S State St.

Compensation

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime
• On-call pay

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited School of Nursing Program.
• Required 2 years of experience in an operating room and as a RN.
• Required Prior experience as a primary liaison between leadership and frontline staff, ensuring alignment of goals, expectations, and communication.
• Preferred Specialty certification through hospital approved certifications.

Required Work Experience

• Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Illinois.
• Biannual BLS and ACLS certification.
