Beltone Sales Representative (Hearing Care Practitioner)

About the role

Beltone Alliance is seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Representative (Hearing Care Practitioner) to join our team in Ocala, FL. This position offers an annual salary of up to $100,000.00 once fully licensed, along with a signing bonus of $5,000.00 for qualified, licensed candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and sales experience
• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations to identify patient needs
• Make product recommendations tailored to individual patient needs
• Deliver superior follow-up care to ensure patient satisfaction

Qualifications

• An Associate’s degree or equivalent (60 credit hours) required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of sales or account executive experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Committed to professionalism, integrity, and honesty
• High energy and motivation to succeed
