About the role
Beltone Alliance is seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Representative (Hearing Care Practitioner) to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This position offers an annual salary of $100,000.00+ once fully licensed, along with a signing bonus of $5,000.00 for qualified, licensed candidates.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care and personalized patient education
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations to identify opportunities to help patients
- Make product recommendations to suit a patient's personal needs
- Deliver superior follow-up care to ensure patient satisfaction
- Supportive personal management coach and team
- Ability to manage your own hearing care practice without the administrative hassles
- Flexibility and opportunity to relocate to one of 184 locations in 7 states

Qualifications
- An Associate’s degree or equivalent (60 credit hours) required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of sales or account executive experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- High energy and motivation to succeed
