About the role

At Belt Power LLC, we keep industries running by distributing and servicing conveyor systems. As a Belt Technician, you’ll fabricate, install, and repair the systems that power manufacturing across the country. This hands-on role involves both shop-based fabrication and field work.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate, install, and repair conveyor belts and components
  • Install and vulcanize lightweight conveyor belting
  • Use tools and equipment to cut, measure, and assemble belts to exact specifications
  • Read and follow work orders and ensure accurate completion of jobs
  • Maintain inventory and organize materials in the shop
  • Pick up and deliver materials and completed orders
  • Identify and report equipment or material issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety standards and wear the required PPE

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
  • Ability to accurately measure and verify materials
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

What To Expect

  • Physically active role: lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied positions (standing, bending, climbing)
  • Work with tools, machinery, and sometimes at heights or in tight spaces
  • Occasional travel, overtime, or weekend work may be required

Work Environment: Shop-based fabrication with field work as needed. Fast-paced, team-oriented setting with moderate noise levels and strong safety practices.

Schedule

Full-time | Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work. Overtime opportunities available.
