What You’ll Do As a Belt Technician, you’ll be at the center of our operations, both in the shop and in the field: Fabricate, install, and repair conveyor belts and componentsInstall and vulcanize lightweight conveyor beltingUse tools and equipment to cut, measure, and assemble belts to exact specificationsRead and follow work orders and ensure accurate completion of jobsMaintain inventory and organize materials in the shopPick up and deliver materials and completed ordersIdentify and report equipment or material issuesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all safety standards and wear the required PPE Requirements We’re looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work: Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experienceAbility to accurately measure and verify materialsBasic math and computer skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsValid driver’s license with a clean driving record What To Expect This is a physically active role where no two days are the same: Lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of positions (standing, bending, climbing)Work with tools, machinery, and sometimes at heights or in tight spacesOccasional travel, overtime, or weekend work may be required Work Environment Shop-based fabrication with field work as neededFast-paced, team-oriented settingModerate noise level with strong safety practices and equipment Schedule Full-time | Monday–Friday, occasional weekend workOvertime opportunities available
