About the role

The Belonging and Inclusion Program Coordinator plays a key part in bringing employees together through meaningful experiences that strengthen community, encourage dialogue, and foster a sense of belonging across our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of Belonging & Inclusion programs and events across the organization
  • Manage the annual iBelong calendar, including speaker sessions, panel discussions, employee forums, awareness events, and community-building activities
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person events, including logistics, registrations, materials, meeting coordination, and follow-up activities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external speakers to deliver engaging and impactful programming
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring a high-quality employee experience
  • Support regional and global Belonging & Inclusion initiatives, including emerging programs such as the iBelong India pilot
  • Community Building & Employee Engagement
  • Create opportunities for employees to connect across teams, functions, geographies, and backgrounds
  • Facilitate employee discussions, roundtables, and community events with professionalism, confidence, and ease
  • Help identify topics and experiences that foster connection, belonging, and inclusion throughout the organization
  • Communications & Promotion
  • Partner closely with the Internal Communications team to promote Belonging & Inclusion initiatives and events
  • Coordinate event communications, invitations, reminders, and post-event follow-up materials
  • Ensure employees have access to relevant resources, information, and opportunities to participate
  • Measurement & Insights
  • Track attendance, participation, and engagement metrics across Belonging & Inclusion programming
  • Create and administer employee polls, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to gather insights and measure program effectiveness
  • Analyze participation trends and employee feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Prepare regular updates and reports summarizing program activity, participation, and outcomes
  • Support data-driven recommendations for future programming and engagement opportunities
  • Program Support
  • Support the execution of annual and quarterly Belonging & Inclusion priorities
  • Research emerging trends and best practices related to belonging, inclusion, employee engagement, and workplace culture
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations for future programming based on employee feedback and organizational needs
  • Potential to partner with stakeholders across the People Team to support broader employee experience initiatives where appropriate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in employee experience, DEIB, human resources, communications, learning and development, event management, community engagement, program coordination, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience coordinating events, programs, initiatives, or community activities
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across teams and functions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and survey or collaboration tools
