Job Summary

Assist the Chief of Service or Bell Captain with the uniform bell service, escorting guests checking in and out, and providing service and other guests needs as requested. Insuring the guests know where everything is located in the room and how it operates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with uniform bell service
• Escort guests checking in and out
• Provide service and other guest needs as requested
• Ensure guests know where everything is located in the room and how it operates

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License required
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, assisting guests
• Must be able to remove luggage from vehicles and carry 50 pounds upstairs to guest's rooms

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience; 5-Diamond experience preferred
• Previous hotel/resort background preferred
• Working knowledge of common courtesy rules
