Bellperson/Shuttle Driver (Part Time) - DoubleTree Cedar Rapids

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests: Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities.

Handle luggage with care: Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.

Aid with guest transport: Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations.

Maintain equipment standards: Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order.
