About the role
Join our guest services team—the heartbeat of our business and the warmth our guests remember long after their stay. This is a part-time opportunity, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Providing guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations
- Aiding guests with their arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles
- Valet parking vehicles
- Driving the guest shuttle throughout Kohler Campus
- Identifying guest and room number, analyzing the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest’s room
- Maintaining a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions

- Miscellaneous deliveries required by guest or hotel staff
- Maintaining a clean work area, including all common rooms and storage closets
Requirements
- Candidates must be 18 years or older to apply
- Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary
- Weekend availability required
- The ability to walk and stand for the majority of each shift and to lift up to 50 pounds
