About the role
As one of our Bellman at The Westin Jekyll Island Resort, you will be the first person our guests meet and the last person to say goodbye.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive and help them unload their luggage
- Provide recommendations for dining and activities on the island
- Assist guests with transportation to nearby attractions
- Offer exceptional customer service with a smile
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Team player mentality
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record screen
- Previous hotel experience is a plus
