Position Summary

When guests arrive at our hotels we aim to make that impression memorable, and we want departures to leave guests smiling and feeling cared for throughout their stay. Guest Arrival Experts deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through arrival and departure, handling operational needs, guest requests, reports, and sharing local highlights. Success requires creating a safe workplace, following company policies, maintaining confidentiality, protecting assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional uniform, appearance, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide guests through arrival and departure experiences.
• Process operational needs and complete required reports.
• Address guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Share highlights of the local area with guests.
• Maintain a safe workplace and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Protect company assets and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
• Remain on feet and move around for extended periods (standing, sitting, walking).
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤ 50 lb unaided and objects > 75 lb with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related work experience: None required.
• Supervisory experience: None required.
• License or certification: None required.

Schedule

Part‑time position. Availability preferred on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
