The Car Park is a rapidly growing parking and transportation company that operates more than 500 locations within our portfolio across the United States. We leverage cutting-edge technology, supply legendary customer service, and provide best-in-class practices to our clients continuously. We are experts at meeting the unique needs of the markets we serve including hospitality, healthcare, events, municipalities, office, retail, and universities.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests to the establishment and offer professional valet services.
  • Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items.
  • Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.
  • Answer guests' questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities, and other available services.
  • Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.
  • Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws.
  • Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Superior problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and situations.
  • Legible handwriting.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 19 years old.
  • Valid driver license.
