Position Overview We are seeking a friendly and service-driven Bellman to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming first impression and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor Assist guests with luggage, escorting them to and from rooms Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions Support front desk operations and guest requests as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and entrance areas Ensure a seamless and positive guest experience at all times Qualifications Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude Ability to lift and transport luggage Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays) Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Why Join Us?
