About the Role

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team in deploying and maintaining our cutting-edge commercial delivery robots, including the latest BellaBot by Pudu. This role involves working with advanced robotic systems designed for food and commercial delivery, featuring innovative technology such as multi-modal interaction, SLAM navigation, and cloud-based intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain delivery robots in various commercial environments.
• Ensure optimal performance of robotic systems, including navigation, obstacle avoidance, and human-robot interaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to robot hardware and software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance robot capabilities and user experience.
• Monitor and utilize cloud-based platforms (e.g., PUDU CLOUD) for business management, automated operation, and data collection.
• Train end-users and staff on robot operation and best practices.
• Conduct regular system updates and maintenance to ensure 24/7 operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience with robotics, automation, or related technical fields.
• Familiarity with SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) technology, including lidar and visual SLAM.
• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and IoT systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and adapt to evolving technologies.
• Excellent communication skills for training and collaboration.
