CNC Machnist

Boiler Tube Company of America is seeking a skilled Machinist to set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools to fabricate, modify, and repair components used in the manufacturing of pressure parts, boiler components, and related equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, be committed to safety and quality, and work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Requirements Set up and operate lathes, mills, drill presses, grinders, and other machine tools Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges Machine parts to required tolerances and specifications Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Verify dimensions and quality of finished products Work closely with welders, fabricators, and quality personnel to meet production schedules Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S principles Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and safety Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Technical training in machining or equivalent experience is preferred 3+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Short Term & Long-Term Disability Training & Development Wellness Resources
