About the role
We are looking for our next best team members to join our Front Office team and fill the role of Bell/Valet Parking Attendant.
Responsibilities
- Work with our bell staff to ensure all guests are shown to their room while assisting with their luggage.
- Explain all hotel facilities, their location in the hotel, hours of operation, and answer all questions about these facilities.
- Park guest vehicles and/or retrieve valet parked guest vehicles in a timely and courteous manner; use claim tickets to ensure appropriate delivery of vehicle.
- Maintain the designated station in the lobby, stay alert to be easily summoned to the front, while greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Requirements
- A keen eye for detail and respect for impeccable hospitality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility in working various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
- A valid driver's license.
