Responsibilities Warmly greet guests/owners upon arrival; verify parking authorization and communicate allowancesDirect guests to check-in counters and provide parking alternatives when neededCoordinate luggage assistance (radio Bell Attendant when required) and assist with room-to-room transfersPark/retrieve vehicles safely; assist guests with vehicle entry/exitManage key storage securely and process overnight parking chargesMaintain orderly parking areas and clean driveway/zonesTransport luggage using bell carts (load/unload); ensure carts are clean/in good repairRespond promptly to assistance requestsMonitor garage/lot capacity; direct traffic flow and coordinate with Concierge/Sales teamsEnforce policies: issue citations, address violations, and escalate unresolved issues to securityProactively assist guests and resolve issues completely ("End of the Line" principle)Maintain professional appearance (uniform/name badge) and positive team/guest relationshipsAttend required trainings and meetings Requirements Valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving recordMust be 18+ years oldAbility to stand/walk for extended periods (2/3+ of shift)Lift/carry 10–50 lbs. regularly and 100+ lbs. occasionallyWork outdoors in extreme weather (cold, snow, wind, etc.)Push/pull luggage carts and perform repetitive motionsExceptional customer service and communication (verbal/written English)Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)Safe driving with strong spatial awarenessAbility to follow procedures and use radios/computers for timekeepingProfessional, punctual, and uniform-compliantTeam player who gives/receives feedback constructivelyCalm under pressure; resolves guest issues independently following our End of the Line approach to problem-solving Preferred Qualifications Prior valet, bell service, or hospitality rolesFamiliarity with parking management systemsProactive problem-solving; anticipates guest needsBilingual in English/SpanishKnowledge of Breckenridge local attractions/ski resort Compensation & Benefits Health, vision, and dental insurance plansCompany-paid life insurance coverageVoluntary Life and Accidental Death/Dismemberment InsuranceHSA and FSA-Dependent Care AccountsRetirement planGenerous paid time off (PTO) and sick leave to support work-life balanceVolunteer Time Off - Paid opportunities to give back to Summit CountyBereavement leaveBiannual bonusesTuition Reimbursement ProgramEmployee Wellness programs to support physical and mental healthLifestyle perks: Ski/Rec center pass loan programs, lodging and gear discounts, sporting/concert event tickets, pet insurance partner discounts and access to Summit Medallions: Occasional-use transferable passes for access to 6 premier resorts (A-Basin to Vail) via owners’ program About Our Company Breckenridge Grand Vacations is a locally owned resort developer with a 40-year history in Summit County.
