Core Service Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to all internal and external guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support interdepartmental communication to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage to and from vehicles and guest rooms.
• Provide transportation services as required.
• Offer accurate information regarding property amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain organized luggage storage and equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Strong interpersonal and guest engagement skills.
• Availability for varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
