As a Bell / Doorperson, you’ll be at the heart of our hotel, welcoming guests and providing impeccable service from the moment they arrive. You’ll have the first opportunity to reflect the brand’s best self and set the tone for a memorable stay. A passion for guest service, physical work, and previous similar experience will help you succeed in this role.
Knowing the history of our property and sharing it with guests will enhance their experience and set you up for success.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide a first impression of exceptional service.
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and other arrival/departure needs.
- Share knowledge about the property’s history and amenities to enhance guest experiences.
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless guest service.
- Prioritize the needs of guests and partners in a fast-paced, 24-hour operation.
Requirements
- Previous customer or guest service experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting luggage.
- Strong communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Team player with a detail-oriented and hardworking attitude.
- Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

$28.00 per hour.
