Bell Stand Lead
Bell stand Leads are experienced and the finest bell attendants. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training.
- Ensures guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently.
- Communicates with the Front Office and Valet to coordinate guest movements.
- Ensures guests are comfortable with accommodations and familiar with room offerings and features.
- Provides opportunities for casual conversation and hotel/local recommendations.
Qualifications:
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
- Previous experience in a hotel bell or guest services role (leadership preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility in scheduling needs with the ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed.
