About the role

Located on six acres steps from the historic Plaza, our Southwestern-style hotel is the only full-service resort in downtown Santa Fe. Resort guests enjoy easy access to Santa Fe landmarks like the New Mexico History Museum and Canyon Road art galleries.

Responsibilities

• Leading the daily operations of the Bell and Valet team
• Ensuring exceptional guest arrival and departure experiences
• Liaising with guests for luggage assistance, valet parking operations, and transportation services
• Maintaining operational efficiency and upholding the highest standards of safety and guest service
• Serving as a leader within the Front Office
• Overseeing the overall flow of the hotel entrance

Requirements

• A keen eye for detail
• Respect for impeccable hospitality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility in working various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
• A valid driver's license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a front desk or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
