Responsibilities

• Provide holistic support and care for individuals with complex disabilities and high support needs in their shared living community.
• Assist in all areas of daily life, from personal care to leisure activities.
• Promote the independence and self-determination of clients in the spirit of empowerment.
• Document and develop shared goals with clients and colleagues, guided by concepts such as Supported Communication, Basal Stimulation, Kinesthetics, and Quality of Life.

Requirements

• Completed training as a home helper or UBV (care assistant) certification.
• Experience in supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Enthusiasm for working with people in all their diversity and uniqueness.
• Reliability, sense of responsibility, and joy in working with people.

Pay

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the Austrian social economy (SWÖ-KV): Job group 4, with a full-time gross salary of at least €2,741.57 (including SEG allowance). Sunday and holiday pay is €6.22 per hour. Actual remuneration depends on hours worked and relevant prior experience.
